打开“终端”(Powershell 5.1)，执行如下命令 winget install Python.Python.3.13 --silent --accept-package-agreements --accept-source-agreements; winget install OpenJS.NodeJS.LTS --silent; winget install Git.Git --silent; winget install BurntSushi.ripgrep.MSVC --silent; winget install sharkdp.fd --silent; winget install --id Microsoft.PowerShell --source winget --installer-type wix --silent --accept-package-agreements 分别安装了 Python3.x NodeJS.LTS(长期支持版本） Git ripgrep 正则搜索工具 fd 文件查找工具(很多AI Agent，自带这两个工具，比如Pi ,OpenCode) PowerShell 7
