He is currently being held at Room 502, Unit 1, Building 2, Jiahui Apartment, Qiyi West Road, Jingxiu District, Baoding, Hebei Province, on the 7th floor. This address is very likely a secret prison in Baoding, Hebei, where petitioners, rights defenders, dissidents, and victims of being forcibly labeled mentally ill are unlawfully detained. Behind Zhang Qiyuan, signs that look like hospital rules and regulations are clearly visible. There must be many more people being held there. The address shows that this apartment building is also a residential building. Last July, Zhang Qiyuan connected online with several livestreamers and asked whether Xi Jinping was a dictator. He was immediately arrested, transferred to multiple locations, and has been detained and persecuted continuously ever since.
