Mayor Zohran Mamdani continues to incite violence against New York’s Jewish community. His compatriots are aggressively heeding his call, as the latest NYPD figures make clear. Jewish New Yorkers represent roughly 10% of our population but were targeted in 53% of confirmed hate crimes through September. Mamdani must stop fanning the flames of violence and immediately begin confronting antisemitism, protecting every community, and bringing our city together. Mamdani has built his career on cynically exploiting the suffering of others for his own political benefit. If he wants to change course, the time to do so is now, before more violence is committed and more people are killed.
