At TOKEN2049 Singapore, the Moonlight team conducted an exclusive on-site interview with Vincent, COO of POOP @poop_TBc , to discuss the project’s role within the TBC ecosystem, its approach to token utility, and its development priorities. The interview explored the vision behind POOP and what the team aims to deliver for users and builders. TBC describes itself as a Bitcoin-derived Layer 1 designed to support Turing-complete smart contracts within the UTXO model. Its architecture centers on keeping assets and their governing contract logic together, with BVM and TuringContract providing the foundation for programmable applications. Within this framework, POOP is positioned as a core ecosystem asset and a gateway to what the team calls “Bitcoin Ecosystem 2.0.” Our discussion explored what this positioning means in practice, including POOP’s intended role in ecosystem participation and how the team plans to develop its utility as new applications emerge. We also explored the proposed design of the Snowball Protocol, which connects POOP donations, on-chain computing power, liquidity rewards, and community participation. Our questions focused on how the mechanism works, the sources of rewards, and the team’s approach to long-term sustainability. The broader ecosystem blueprint includes native stablecoin applications, a ve(3,3) liquidity model, and planned atomic cross-chain functionality. These initiatives outline the team’s ambition to expand asset utility and support liquidity across the TBC ecosystem.
