Jensen owns roughly 3.5% of Nvidia and gets roughly 3.5% of the votes. No founder class, no Class B, nothing — one share one vote, same as you. Then look at the people buying his chips. Zuck holds something like 13% of Meta's economics and ~61% of the votes. Page and Brin walked away from operating roles years ago and still sit on supervoting stock that effectively controls Alphabet. Musk spent two years saying out loud he wasn't going to build AI inside Tesla without ~25% voting control, and shareholders handed him a package engineered to walk him there. So everyone on the demand side bolted the doors from the inside. The one company that actually has pricing power never bothered. Say you're on Nvidia's board and you've decided Jensen has to go. Who are you calling to make the chips?
