I went to physiotherapy last Thursday. There was an Indian gentleman in the next bed. I overheard him talking to his physiotherapist about his wife's throat cancer. Apparently , his wife was first misdiagnosed. They completely missed the cancer. Then after wasting almost one year, they found out she has throat cancer. She has already done through 6 rounds of chemotherapy in Credit Valley Hospital. She can't eat anything. She can only take liquid and take IV drops 😭😭💔. I was so depressed to learn this. All the money, every single material thing, won't be able to help you at all in that situation. At the end of the day, if you think about it, this life is not really worth it. Moments like this really teach you to be humble.
