Trump announced an "energy ceasefire" between Russia and Ukraine on Sunday — "effective immediately," he wrote. "Do not break it!" No text, no scope, no timeline, no signatories. Moscow hasn't confirmed. Kyiv says Russian drones filled the skies all day, with strikes on energy infrastructure in Kyiv and Kharkiv — a power plant in Kharkiv was hit after Trump's post. Zelenskyy welcomed the announcement but said Ukraine is waiting for details. Markets, meanwhile, are watching the missiles, not the posts: Brent slipped to $103.50.
