第一条：follow churn（刷粉式取关） 官方原文："follow churn" – following and then unfollowing large numbers of accounts in an effort to inflate one's own follower count. 归属：X Rules → Authenticity → Platform Manipulation and Spam。 第二条：indiscriminate following（无差别关注） 官方原文：indiscriminate following – following and/or unfollowing a large number of unrelated accounts in a short time period, particularly by automated means. 第三条：第三方刷粉工具 官方原文：using or promoting third-party services or apps that claim to add followers. 归属：Authenticity → Platform Manipulation and Spam。 出处都在这： - About following on X： - Authenticity政策：http://help.x.com/en/rules-and-policies/authenticity - Automation规则：http://help.x.com/en/rules-and-policies/x-automation 最后说下后果：违反这些，原文写的是may result in the suspension of your account。 http://help.x.com/en/using-x/x-follow-limit
