There's a one-person company doing $3M a year while spending $1M of it on Perplexity. Aravind Srinivas in a new interview: Perplexity is at ~$20B valuation, $750M annualized revenue, 5x year over year. His thesis is that AI rewrites the economics of building a company. Smaller teams, less capital, entirely new business models. Local and hybrid inference, agents running across your devices and the cloud. I've been building solo and this hits different. The org chart of the future might just be API bills. If one person plus $1M in compute can do $3M in revenue, what exactly is your 50-person startup buying? #AI #startups
