Things I got wrong as an indie hacker: I thought building the product was the finish line. It was actually the starting line. I underestimated marketing. I overestimated how easily people would discover it. I spent too much time thinking about the product and not enough time talking to potential users. Still learning. What's one mistake that taught you a lot?
