In my view, the biggest problem is finding the right demand — one that people are genuinely willing to pay for. If users can already get it from AI, why would they buy your software? That's the first and most difficult hurdle. Second, there's a real risk that your use case gets absorbed natively into the next generation of the models, and then you're left with nothing. It's not as simple as it sounds.
