This is how I design & implement new features now: - Start a @linear issue with simple description of what I want to do. - Mention @usemerlin_ai in the issue comment (so everyone gets to see and steer the agent session, while in @claudeai, you're basically doing it single-player), and ask it to do some research and later come back with a detailed plan. - Team gives some input in that same Linear agent session to Merlin, then ask it to draft the full design based on real codebase in @figma via MCP (visual graphics is always better than text). - Review that design file, and add some comments for revision, then in the session ask Merlin to update the design based on the comments. - When everything is good to go, delegate that issue to a @conductor_build cloud workspace session for implementation, so I can go out for a little walk and review the progress at the meantime. - Review the result with screenshots generated by @playwrightweb in Conductor mobile, tag Merlin in the issue to run e2e tests on my iPhone, and then come back to office to check the implementation on desktop. - Merge the PR and done.
