The real question is not only whether AI will become powerful enough to replace human labor — it’s whether humans will still have agency when that happens. If AI becomes increasingly autonomous, people need ownership of their identity, data, knowledge and digital value. That’s where the Holon vision becomes especially interesting. AI may become more autonomous, but humans must remain sovereign.
