despite what @andy8052 said being true, I’m still optimistic, and crypto still has an incredibly high concentration of talented young people building genuinely dope innovative stuff that can bave real world applications. we just need to stop feeding the casino. and that’s hard, im guilty of it myself, bc shitcoining is fun and highly addictive, by design. the dopamine rush is like nothing else. I’m losing the fun in all of this, and even winning these hyper PVP games doesn’t feel good anymore. there are plenty of PVE trades out there, but they’re slow and boring. and that’s fine. If you’re a skilled trader, you can make money trading alts or stocks without having to participate in the memecoin rapefest that onchain has become. I’ve been trying to focus more on PVE plays and long-term holds, and try to do better than just shilling garbage and participating in negative-sum games. It’s hard to break bad habits but i will do better.
