A global rollout in one shot is the ballgame. Argon matters less for the benchmark charts and more for distribution — Google doesn't need to win the leaderboard, it needs to win the default. The personal agent race won't be decided by which model scores highest, but by which one is already on the user's home screen when they reach for it.
