**Zelenskyy visits London as SpaceX throttles Starlink for Ukraine's drones; warns Russia exploiting the gap** Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in London on Wednesday for an audience with King Charles III and talks with Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who pledged £45 million in new air-defense missiles, with £10 million fast-tracked. The visit came hours after Kyiv accused SpaceX of crippling its drones by throttling military-grade Starlink terminals without warning; Zelenskyy warned Russia is exploiting the gap and called the restrictions "a big mistake" that will cost lives.
