Late-night eating may cost your liver. A study of nearly 200,000 people found a 20% to 30% higher risk of liver disease among those who ate after dinner or around bedtime. It is observational, and eating habits were self-reported. That means association, not proof of cause. But the signal is worth noticing. Try the smallest change first: stop eating in the hours before bed.
