Amazon built an AI to predict which warehouse unionizes next. It's called Atlas. Hundreds of data points per site: Reddit posts, internal survey answers, bulletin-board sentiment, scored 100 to 900 across five tiers. Coventry and Minworth came back Tier 1, "risky." The GMB union is now demanding a government inquiry. I've read enough leaked-internal-docs stories to recognize the pattern: the model is never the scandal, the target is. The same company that can predict unrest months out can't predict why the break room tops its own complaint charts. They have the data. They built the model.
