Can't wait for Henry Wang's talk at Future Leaders Conference 2026. "Who owns your AI—and who decides whether you can participate in its future?" is the question that top-down governance keeps avoiding. The Holon / Agent 3.0 approach—sovereign personal AI, multiple agents, user-held identity and data—points toward real bottom-up participation rather than just access on someone else's terms.
