I have several questions for Yao Runhao. When Ao Yin’s removal sparked widespread controversy, did you genuinely listen to the players? When the existing response failed to resolve their concerns, did you consider reassessing your decision? When players repeatedly asked for a clear explanation, did you recognize that silence and delay could deepen the crisis of trust? If none of these concerns are reflected in meaningful action, then what exactly are you standing firm on? Is it a sound principle, or simply a refusal to let go of your own pride?
