Continuing our analysis of altcoins, we'll track $UNI and $PEPE. I've discussed UNI's fundamentals countless times, and I even warned everyone against entering the market when it was at its peak. Now that it has fallen, it's within our entry range. Let me update UNI's fundamentals again: I'm bullish on UNI in the short term, and here are my reasons. The current pullback level is attractive. It's currently around $7, with significant upside potential before reaching its all-time high. A golden entry point is around $6, and the token's value capture is improving. In the past, UNI's biggest problem was that while the protocol made money, token holders rarely benefited. Now, with the advancement of fee and burn mechanisms, UNI is finally starting to connect with protocol revenue. Ecosystem and institutional catalysts are also emerging. The development of CME futures, partnerships with traditional finance, and Unichain are all worth watching; the key is whether they can generate real demand in the future. The UNI project has a long history of development. Uniswap is an established DEX with a solid product and ecosystem foundation, but the competition is fierce, and the risks cannot be ignored just because of its historical status. Of course, UNI could still fall to $6 or even lower. So I think it's better to enter in batches, rather than going all in at once. Let's also talk about PEPE. It was a star coin in the last bull market, but strictly speaking, this bull market hasn't produced any phenomenal coin like PONS or Niu Lai. They haven't really broken through to mainstream popularity. Yesterday, on-chain data monitoring showed that Justin Sun's address (0x176…0a132) received 7.2 trillion PEPE from a Poloniex multisignature address, worth $28.44 million. This is the first on-chain transaction of PEPE from this address since June 2024. You can question Justin Sun's character, but you can't question his foresight.
