🚨🇺🇸 What Bannon, Trump, and Musk have done in political messaging reminds me of poisoning a city's public water supply—and lacing it with heroin. ☠️💉 ☠️ The poison: Disinformation, conspiracy theories, and hatred contaminate the shared facts democracy depends on. 💉 The addiction: Fear, outrage, and tribal identity become an endless emotional high—potentially amplified by personal data and recommendation algorithms. In this video, a commentator condemns Steve Bannon's romanticization of political violence. Bannon praised the power of Nazi propaganda filmmaking while calling Hitler's filmmaker amoral. 🔥 But there's a difference between being amoral and being immoral. The danger isn't merely spreading falsehoods. It's making cruelty look courageous, manipulation look like freedom, and moral wrongdoing look like neutrality. Their individual actions and responsibility require separate scrutiny and evidence. But the broader warning matters: 🇺🇸 Democracy needs more than secure ballot boxes. It needs citizens capable of forming independent judgments. Poisoning water threatens our bodies. Polluting the public information system threatens our ability to think and govern ourselves. 🔥 The greatest danger comes when people mistake poison for truth—and addiction for freedom. https://x.com/MAGACult2/status/2112288380172333188
