Same research, different architecture. OwlFootball was built for a long-running cloud service. With Metis, I’m designing for one person working on one computer. That changes more than deployment. Who starts the work? Who can stop it? What happens when the app closes? Who can explain the saved result? I want to carry forward the research methods and reliability lessons. But the new product has to earn its own acceptance. That’s where this architecture series begins.
