Anthropic's own study: junior hires fell from 27% to 9% of its technical hiring since early 2025. Juniors' share of tech staff: 21% to 14%. Agent runtime now outruns employee work hours 6 to 1. Total tech hiring still grew. The entry-level door just got narrower.
