Great point, but I’d push back a bit: framing the GENIUS Act as an instant watershed for crypto leadership oversells how quickly meaningful regulatory clarity actually moves markets 🤔. A federal stablecoin framework is long overdue, but clarity alone won’t fix the ongoing trust issues in the crypto space, and we still haven’t addressed proper consumer protection guardrails here 🛡️.
