A perfect caricature of authoritarian arrogance. Sneaky. Scheming. Arrogant. Vindictive. Shameless. Manipulative. Thin-skinned. Two-faced. Power-hungry. Morally bankrupt. You can't judge someone's character from a photograph alone. But this expression makes a striking symbol of Trump's political behavior. 1. A bully toward the weak. A flatterer toward the powerful. He punches down and sucks up. He acts tough against vulnerable people, yet shows admiration for powerful strongmen. That's not strength. That's cowardice dressed up as confidence. 2.
