卧槽，Claude 封号苹果退款解决方案！ App Store 内购走的是苹果账单，账号被 Anthropic 封了，别只找 Claude 客服扯。 正规入口：苹果 Report a Problem（http://reportaproblem.apple.com） 登录当初订阅用的外区 Apple ID → Request a refund → 原因选 Other → 勾上那笔 Claude 订单。 理由用英文、讲清楚「付了钱但服务用不了」。封号场景可直接贴： I purchased this Claude subscription, but the third-party service provider suspended access to my account shortly after the payment. Since I am unable to use the service I paid for, I kindly request a refund. Thank you. 忘了关自动续费、新周期没用过的，换成「intended to cancel / have not used this billed period」那套。 有人 Max 5x（124.99）中途申请，按剩余天数折算退回 37.50。 网页被拒还能走 getsupport → Subscriptions & Purchases → Chat 人工捞一次。 早申请成功率更高。退款是止损，别拿去刷——频繁退会被标滥用。 #Claude #AI编程
