Eight years ago, I had a car, which I sold for 60,000₺. I then decided to buy an apartment for 120,000₺, and took out a loan of 60,000₺. The total cost for the title deed and other paperwork was 125,000₺. A considerable amount of time passed, until 2.5 years later, in August 2020, when everything suddenly skyrocketed.
