Korean media report that TLB, a Korean manufacturer specializing in memory module substrates, has begun developing SOCAMM3 substrates for NVIDIA’s Feynman platform. Industry sources estimate TLB’s SOCAMM substrate revenue at around KRW 70 billion this year, with expectations that it could double to roughly KRW 140 billion next year. SOCAMM2 substrates already take twice as long to manufacture and sell for twice the price of conventional memory module substrates.
