$NOK $COHR $LITE $AAOI Here's where the other InP laser makers stand next to Nokia's 6-inch plan. - Coherent already runs volume 6-inch InP in Sherman, Texas. The June expansion doubles floor space and quadruples wafer capacity, and Coherent told PECC its InP is essentially sold out through end-2027. - Lumentum's 240,000 sq ft Greensboro fab runs on 6-inch InP and ramps in mid-2028. CEO Michael Hurlston told Bloomberg TV its parts are effectively sold out through nearly 2029. - Nokia's San Jose fab enters production by year-end, with 24/7 operations from the end of October. The Chandler conversion follows from 2027. - AAOI plans about 350% more laser fab capacity in Texas by end-2027 and hasn't disclosed its wafer size. On 6-inch, the order is Coherent now, Nokia at year-end and Lumentum in 2028. The two largest suppliers are sold out past 2027, so Nokia's capacity comes online right in that gap.
