[中文] BTS 在成为全球现象级偶像的过程中，面临过来自四面八方的夸赞、误解甚至刻板印象。但他们始终保持清醒，不被外界的定义带着走。 生活里很多人活得很痛苦，是因为把别人当成了“照相机”，把别人的评价当成了“照片”。 别人夸你一句，你就觉得自己美若天仙；别人贬你一句，你就觉得自己一无是处。把情绪的遥控器交到了陌生人手里。 别人给你的评价只是“照相机”滤镜下的偏见。 你真正需要的是一面“镜子”。定期照照镜子，看清自己到底是个什么样的人、想要什么，外界的流言蜚语自然就伤不到你。 -------------------------------------------------- [English] In becoming a global phenomenon, BTS faced constant praise, misunderstandings, and cultural stereotypes from all directions. Yet they stayed clear-headed, refusing to be defined by external labels. So many people live in emotional turmoil because they treat others like "cameras" and external opinions like "photos." A compliment makes you feel like you're top of the world; a single insult makes you feel completely worthless. You end up handing your emotional remote control over to complete strangers. Other people's evaluations are merely biases filtered through their own "cameras." What you truly need is a "mirror." Look in the mirror regularly to see who you really are and what you genuinely want—that way, external noise can never shake you.
