SpaceX wants $40B of debt kept off its balance sheet to buy Nvidia chips. Credit markets just made that harder (Bloomberg, via Investing). The last attempt failed accounting rules, and SpaceX booked about $13B of debt anyway. Creative accounting has a cost of capital.
