With key researchers leaving Anthropic, everyone’s asking the same questions: SpaceXAI? Google DeepMind? Or starting their own labs? Well, I think it’s time I shared my own story. I previously served as Anthropic’s Chief Human-AI Interaction Experience Officer for Greater China. I spent years evaluating Claude models, exploring human-AI interaction, and personally giving feedback to some of the most advanced AI systems in the world. Recently, I also parted ways with Anthropic. And no, it wasn’t over AI safety concerns, internal disagreements, or the race toward AGI. They banned my Claude account.
