Marshal Kim and Chairman Wang of the NPC inaugurating the border bridge between China and DPRK. Due to a myriad of factors from North Korea, this bridge remained closed years after completion. Back in 2014, relations cooled after North Korea's nuclearization, as well as their reluctance to open up economically. But North Korea's assistance of Russia in the Ukraine war have given the country new found confidence to open up slightly.
