SpaceX signs $40B Apollo deal for AI chip/server leasing. An Apollo affiliate will buy AI chips/server hardware and lease them to SpaceX, total principal ~$40B, leases slightly over five years from equipment arrival. Deal aimed to close by end-2026, leases starting H1 2027. Musk said on X 2026-10-25 that SpaceX closed $40B in debt financing for GPUs, mainly chips arriving Q1–Q2. CFO Johnsen expects Q4 capex $35–40B.
