Bank of America, Blackstone, Citi and Morgan Stanley put out a joint release Oct 26 on a $63 billion financing build for Anthropic compute, using Broadcom hardware. An SPV buys Broadcom XPU AI accelerators and networking gear, then leases that kit to Anthropic. First-lien financing is arranged by Bank of America, Citi and Morgan Stanley. Blackstone is the sole committed second-lien provider. Broadcom adds residual-value support to the SPV equal to the first-lien slice. The package sits under Broadcom's earlier strategic compute-capacity agreement; deliveries are expected to start in calendar 2027.
