I've been thinking about this for SEVEN days and nights 🌙🤯 and I STILL don't get it!!! Why do Japanese people 🇯🇵 crack raw eggs 🥚 straight onto steaming hot rice 🍚??? Is this food or a test of courage?! 😳🔥 Cooked eggs taste amazing and have better protein digestibility 📈 But raw eggs? That slimy texture alone gives me chills! 🤢💦 Yet people in Japan have been eating this for DECADES, even as an everyday breakfast! 😱 Am I seriously missing out on something incredible by never trying tamago kake gohan? 🥚🍚😭 Would YOU eat raw egg over rice, or stick with cooked eggs? 🤔👇
