I said yes anyway, because the people I'd be working with spent years doing growth at real scale in China, and that's the part I don't have yet. Boardy went straight at the obvious trap: "there's a lot to learn" is how a year disappears. So in my first two weeks I'm agreeing one number I personally own at 90 days. Countable. Mine. That's the difference between doing a job and having something to point at when it ends.
