这个访谈里我最喜欢的一段话： “I always joke that self-guided people are like self-guided missiles. So you've got brilliant people. You don't even need to tell them what the goal is. So they self-identify the goal, and then they self-reach it. So they're like a self-guided missile which also identifies the goals. Then people who are good but not excellent—you need to tell them the goal, and then without any iteration they will reach the goal. Average people—you tell them the goal, and then you need to spend weekly iterations with them to direct them, to tell them what to do, and then they will reach the goal. So you spend management time. That's what I don't want. And then below-average people—you gave them the goal, you spend time on them, and then most likely they will not hit the goal.” 我也一直相信的理念是一样的： 有自驱力的人才就像导弹。 顶尖的人才自己找到最重要的目标然后击中； 优秀的人才帮助他指出目标就能打到； 普通的人才需要帮助发现目标，每周还需要纠偏； 最差的人才的给了目标、每周陪伴调整方向花了时间，仍打不中。 好用的Agent其实也是这样的。
