A big swath of the riskiest borrowers have few options other than defaulting on their piling debt as it’s getting increasingly expensive to refinance, CVC Marathon Chief Executive Officer Bruce Richards warned. 1. 他預期明年違約率會出現「階梯式」大幅上升，很多公司除了痛苦的重組外沒有出路。 2.
