I read LangChain's Content Studio writeup twice because the numbers do the talking. 3,000+ assets shipped, 80+ decks, median cost per request down from about $8 in mid-September to about 50 cents. Their own X posts using that work got roughly 2x likes and 3.7x saves. What stuck with me is the four months they spent teaching taste in public, watching the agent fail in front of the whole company, then writing that judgment into skills instead of adding more rules. When Opus 5.5 landed they deleted most of the hard-coded rules and it got better, not worse. My take: most agent demos fail on taste, not on tooling. If you cannot write down what good looks like, the model will fill the blank with the most common thing it has seen. That is the whole game now.
