Unpopular opinion: Your MVP doesn’t need 1,000 users. It needs 5 users who can’t live without it. Forget signups. Forget impressions. Forget compliments. Ask 3 questions: Do they get value without your help? Do they come back without reminders? Would they genuinely miss it if it disappeared? If they say “cool idea” but never return, you don’t have product-market fit. Compliments are free. Commitment is expensive. Stop scaling interest.
