Jesus thirsted so that we might receive the living water of life. Jesus wept so that our wounded souls might find comfort in Him. Jesus grew weary so that the weary might find rest in Him. Jesus was rejected so that those forgotten by the world might know they have never been forgotten by God. Jesus was wounded so that by His wounds, we might be healed. Jesus carried the cross so that He might bear our sins and reconcile us to God. Jesus was nailed to the cross so that sinners might receive the hope of eternal life. Jesus rose from the dead so that all who believe in Him might receive new life forever. ✝️❤️
