DEI shouldn't be about hiring unqualified people from minority backgrounds. But in practice, we know hiring unqualified people of color, sexual minority backgrounds due to #DEI have happened more often than not. In one case, it directly resulted in the death of a Toronto Public School principal. He was a good man. #topoli #onpoli #cdnpoli
