monday's high and low are two of the most useful levels in my weekly trading playbook when i'm expecting a bearish week, i watch for opportunities around resistance above the weekly open, but a break below Monday's low is often the confirmation i'm looking for once price breaks a key level after consolidating around it, the move can accelerate quickly that's why i focus on getting positioned around important levels with clear invalidation rather than chasing price after the move
