I swear I will never understand Americans. You live in the most powerful economy on earth. You have the biggest houses, the most advanced hospitals, and you can buy literally anything on Amazon. Your passport allows you to go almost anywhere. Nature is beautiful. Infrastructure is top-tier. It is literally the dream destination for half the planet. Yet, millions of you are on antidepressants. Fentanyl is killing an entire generation. People are dying of loneliness in studio apartments. People in developing countries, who don't even have 24/7 electricity, are somehow smiling more than you. With all these resources and all this money, what the hell are you guys actually depressed about? There is no excuse.
