I'm pretty sure we're still early in the perp DEX space because former airdrop hunters are now moving into perp DEXs, especially futures, and they simply don't understand how they work. This is a space for traders, not airdrop farmers One guy literally had no idea how cross margin works compared to isolated margin, got liquidated, and then blamed TXFlow for it And just recently, someone complained to me about QFEX, saying its DefiLlama metrics looked weird because there was no trading volume over the weekend. The guy genuinely didn't know that the stock market is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, while QFEX only offers RWA assets (tokenized stocks and other assets).
