Following the "rotating room" (group sex parties involving gay men switching rooms) incidents, Hangzhou has now seen gay men in bizarre attire taking selfies—and potentially live-streaming—on the streets. Two men, wearing nothing but thongs that barely covered their genitals, were seen filming each other. Much like Chengdu, Hangzhou is emerging as a new hub for the gay community.
