Russia wanted to ban crypto in 2022. On Dec 1, BTC, ETH and USDT go live on the Moscow Exchange, 7am to midnight Moscow time. The catch: retail has to pass a test and faces a proposed 300k ruble yearly cap per broker. Qualified investors get no limit. That's not opening the door. It's pulling Russian volume off offshore exchanges and onto one the state controls. Real adoption, or capital control with a ticker?
