🌌 SECOND WORLD — Chapter 45: The Broken Hierarchy Old bonds. Old betrayals. Old questions. But in this world, nothing is quite the same. Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Urashiki are no longer alone. Two more Ōtsutsuki have appeared. Isshiki Ōtsutsuki. Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. And their arrival brings more than another mystery. It brings history. Isshiki remembers a betrayal that nearly destroyed him. Kaguya remembers a world where humans became far more than the insignificant beings her clan once considered them. Momoshiki remembers events that some of the others have yet to experience. Kinshiki remains loyal, but even he cannot reconcile the contradictions in their memories. Urashiki watches, wondering what opportunities this strange situation might create. They recognize one another. But recognition does not mean trust. And sharing the same origin does not mean sharing the same interests. “Do not speak to me so freely,” Isshiki warns. Kaguya meets his gaze. “Do those words still matter here?” A question hangs between them. The Ōtsutsuki have long understood power through strength, status, and inherited relationships. But Second World was not built around their hierarchy. They did not create its rules. They do not understand why they were brought here. And even the strongest among them cannot simply assume that their old authority will be recognized. Meanwhile, someone else has begun paying attention. Orochimaru. 🐍 Reports of unusual abilities and unfamiliar energy patterns have caught his interest. These strange visitors appear to possess powers unlike anything currently understood by Second World's researchers. But Orochimaru isn't ready to declare them enemies.
